Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy

As a leader in the computer systems and peripherals industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional service at every stage — including product returns. While we aim to minimize the need for returns, we understand they are sometimes necessary and strive to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Standard Return Policy

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns.

RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label or outer shipping box. Do not write on the original product packaging.

Final credit value may be adjusted based on current market pricing.

Returns on special order items are subject to manufacturer approval and may vary.

RMA Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Eastern Data will cover shipping charges for approved replacement items.

Clearly label the shipment with the assigned RMA number on the outer shipping box or label only.

Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Include a printed copy of the approved RMA form inside the package.

All RMA approvals are subject to Eastern Data’s return guidelines and applicable manufacturer warranties.

Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive any missing or damaged items, please report them to rma@ediatlanta.com
within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this time frame will not be accepted.
